  1. Write a list of activities you would like to try and try them!
  2. Gather a list of books you would like to read, podcasts to listen to, or things you would like to learn more about and set goals to get started.
  3. Read the books and listen to the podcasts.
  4. Start a daily journal, or freewriting time to gather your thoughts, and stick with it.
  5. And lastly (but should most definitely be placed ‘firstly’) EXERCISE, daily!
